Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge partner nations to provide Ukraine with more advanced missile systems to strike enemy locations during talks in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

Britain's leader will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", including more than 20 of Ukraine's allies who have pledged to offer Kyiv protection commitments once fighting stops is brokered.

Zelensky has been pleading for weeks for more extended-range systems from Western nations, a move that Russia has warned would intensify the hostilities.
